How do I get to Jumpers for Goalposts?
The closest tube station to Printworks London is Canada Water (Jubilee Line). Alternatively, you can get off at Surrey Quays station (Overground). 10am to 10pm on Saturday, 10am to 7pm on Sunday.

If I leave the festival, can I re-enter?
No, unfortunately not. You will not be able to re-enter the festival.

How much does a ticket cost?
You can see ticket prices >here. We have weekend tickets (Saturday and Sunday) as well as Day tickets available for Saturday or Sunday. Discounted tickets are available for U18s, and free tickets are available for U6s.
What does a ticket get me?
You’ll have access to the festival site all day for all the days you’ve paid for, and to all our festival activities on those days. You’ll also receive a copy of our beautiful 80s-style festival “matchday” programme and a lovely tote bag on arrival.
Can I bring a camera?
You’re welcome to bring any kind of camera to the festival, though extended video and audio-only recordings are prohibited without Press accrediation, which you can obtain by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I be sent my tickets?
You will receive your e-ticket immediately, this will need to be printed and bought with you to the festival to gain entry.

Can I cancel my tickets?
No, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
Can I resell my tickets?
Unfortunately we do not offer a resale service.
Can I change the name on my tickets?
Yes, please contact us via our contact form if you wish to change the name on your ticket.

Do I have to be 18 to attend?
No, but you will need to be accompanied by an adult (over 18) if you wish to attend. You may be asked to prove your age on entry to the festival, so please bring along your I.D.
Can I take in my own food and drink?
No outdoor food and drink will be allowed into the festival. There will be a range of food and drink options within the festival site. If you have any specific allergies or believe you will need an exception to this, please get in touch using our contact page.

What bag can I bring?

There will not be charging ports or lockers onsite, so please plan accordingly.
Our festival site has both an outdoor space as well as two indoor warehouse spaces but please ensure you are prepared for all weather conditions with suitable clothing and footwear.
